Venue Information:
The event is located in the Western Australian Botanic Garden and access if via Forrest Drive. Shakespeare WA patrons may use public parking areas along Forrest Drive, Lovekin Drive and the DNA Tower Carpark.
Patrons are asked to respect the venue and other members of the audience. For patrons wishing to bring chairs, low deck chairs are recommended. Those who bring high deck chairs will be positioned at the rear of the venue to avoid obstructing sight lines for other audience members. Kings Park is a non-smoking and glass free venue.
Patrons are welcome to BYO alcohol as there will not be any alcohol for sale at the venue. The venue for the performances is just between the Acacia Steps and the Water Garden Pavillion. Parking is free and can be found at the Botanic Garden Carpark or along Lovekin Drive. Follow the Shakespeare WA signs to walk to the entry gate and Box Office.

- Picnic rug and/or low deckchair
- Picnic basket
- Your choice of beverage
- Aeroguard or fly spray
- Jumper or jacket
- Nights can get a little cool so bring a warm coat & an extra blanket
Please arrive 30mins earlier to ensure parking, prior to show commencing.
Wet Weather & Performance Cancellation Policy
If it rains during the performance, Patrons will be issued with a ‘rain check’ to return to see the play on another night.
If the performance is cancelled for reasons such as inclement weather or closure of the Park, Patrons are welcome to use their tickets on another night during the same season, by simply presenting the correctly dated ticket at the gate. There is no right of refund or exchange and no obligation is assured by Shakespeare WA for the arranging of a substitute service, event or performance.
