Nick Candy
Nick Candy (Tybalt)
After graduating from WAAPA, Nick has had a colourful journey as a performer working in physical theatre in Japan, in theatre and film in Australia and recently helping establish Iceland’s only resident circus company in 2008. Theatre credits include: Spurboard, and Woyzeck for Black Swan’s emerging artist group, 1001 Nights, Bed with Thinice, Macbeth, Much Ado About Nothing. He has written and directed his own work The Task for Artrage, performed with the famous Big Hoo Haa impro comedy group and even performed a contemporary dance piece for six months. Last year he played Lucentio in The Taming of the Shrew for Shakespeare WA.
